THE BODY–SWING CONNECTION

Find the limitation.
Train the adaptation.

Your swing asks something of your body. Full Range helps you understand whether you have the movement, strength and coordination to deliver it.

We assess what you can do, build the physical capacity you need, then check how it carries into your golf. The result is a practical plan built around you.

How we work

THE FULL RANGE METHOD

Three pillars.
One connected approach.

Movement creates access.
Power builds capacity.
Coordination puts it to work.

01ACCESS & CONTROL

Move.

Explore the range and control your body can use. Identify movement restrictions and establish the foundations for training.

  • TPI mobility screening
  • Individual movement priorities
  • Practical mobility development
YOUR OUTPUTA movement profile and clear priorities.
02FORCE & VELOCITY

Engine.

Understand your power profile. Develop strength, speed and the ability to manage force through the body.

  • TPI power screening
  • Strength and power development
  • Force application and braking
YOUR OUTPUTA physical training plan with purpose.
03SEQUENCE & TRANSFER

Coordinate.

Explore how your physical resources come together in the swing. Measure the response and refine what matters.

  • Sportsbox AI movement analysis
  • Coordination and speed training
  • Golf performance reassessment
YOUR OUTPUTEvidence of what transfers into your golf.

Physical development works alongside technical coaching. Where you have a golf professional, findings can inform the work you do together.

STAFFORD, UK · IN PERSON & ONLINE

Human first.
Sport second.

My career began in golf, before I pursued a broader education in physiology, sports science and human nutrition. That foundation now informs how I help golfers develop the physical capabilities their game demands.

With over 20 years across fitness, strength, movement and behaviour change, I bring a wider view to golf performance: how you move, how you train, and how you sustain the work.

Full Range connects assessment with practical development. The aim is to help you build useful power while keeping long-term health and participation in view.

BEFORE YOU START

A few useful answers.

Do I need to be a low-handicap golfer?

No. Your physical starting point and goals guide the work. The programme is relevant to golfers who want to move better, develop power or train with a clearer purpose.

Is this technical swing coaching?

The focus is physical capability and its relationship with your swing. Technical swing, club delivery and ball-flight coaching remain with your golf professional. Findings can help connect the two areas.

Can I work with Richard online?

Yes. Online programmes and ongoing support are available through Everfit. Contact Richard to discuss your goals, equipment and which parts of the work can be delivered remotely.

What happens after an assessment or Foundations?

You receive priorities and a practical next plan. You can continue independently or discuss app-based support and individual coaching. The next step is agreed with you.
